Thanks to those members who took the time to come along to the 2011 Annual General Meeting (a.k.a. The AGM!) last night.

The AGM is always a good opportunity to get an update on the station’s activities over the years, and as was discussed, it’s generally been a good year, with a number of successful fundraising activities and special events. 2010 was also the Year of The Flood, meaning that the station was off-air for a little while as the studios dried out and equipment was re-connected.

The station’s committee gave an update on the events of the last 12 months, took a quick look at the station’s finances, and looked at what was planned for the coming year, before agreeing to the committee members for the coming year.

For those unable to attend this year’s AGM, a copy of the minutes will soon appear on the studio noticeboard as usual.
