Well done to the team for turning up to support the Flag Day at Leigh-on-Sea today.

The team gathered from around 9:30am today to raise money for the radio station. This is the second year of fundraising events in Leigh, and we’re grateful to local lad Richard Archer for arranging the collection day and helping to organise what’s looking like a good day for fundraising.

The main collection point is at the junction between Elm Road and The Broadway, with collectors positioned at other key points along the Broadway

We’d like to thank everyone who dropped coins in the collecting tins – this all goes to help raise fund to cover the increasing costs of keeping the station on-air, and providing free entertainment to the patients at Southend Hospital.
